Comfortable family suites available

The room was clean and comfortable, making it a decent place for a short stay. However, some areas, like the hallways, had a musty smell, and the staff barely answered calls. Parking was tight for the hotel's size, which was a bit of a hassle, but overall, it offered good value for the location.

The location made it easy to walk to Universal Studios, which was a huge plus. The pool area felt welcoming, and we found it clean and nice to hang out at after park visits. Our suite was spacious, allowing us to spread out comfortably. However, a few things could use attention. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, making it uncomfortable at times. We also had issues with cleanliness, particularly behind furniture where dust had accumulated after a week. During our stay, I’d say our towels weren’t replenished consistently, which was a slight inconvenience. We tried the breakfast at TGI Fridays attached to the hotel, but the service was hit or miss. Some days were awesome. others, we waited too long for food or plates. Overall, we enjoyed our time, but some improvements in maintenance and service consistency would elevate the experience greatly.

Yo, the grilled fish at the nearby Tabla Restaurant is a flavor explosion! Plus, Dominique at the front desk was a rockstar—so sweet to my kiddos! Also, the location made it easy to hit up Universal and other tasty spots nearby.

The location of the Holiday Inn was perfect—just a hop, skip, and a jump away from all the Universal attractions! The suite was spacious, featuring a cozy living area that made it feel like home, complete with a kitchenette where I could whip up some snacks to fuel my adventures.

The staff was really friendly, they helped us with directions and even offered us a late checkout when we asked! The shuttle service to nearby attractions was super handy, made it much easier for us to get around.
