The two-bedroom suite was super spacious, over 1000 sq feet, perfect for our group. It had a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. I loved the comfy beds and clean bathroom. The pool area was great, and there’s a shuttle to Universal, which was just a short walk away. Nice to relax after a busy day!

We also had issues with cleanliness, particularly behind furniture where dust had accumulated after a week. During our stay, I’d say our towels weren’t replenished consistently, which was a slight inconvenience. We tried the breakfast at TGI Fridays attached to the hotel, but the service was hit or miss. Some days were awesome. others, we waited too long for food or plates. Overall, we enjoyed our time, but some improvements in maintenance and service consistency would elevate the experience greatly.

Yo, the grilled fish at the nearby Tabla Restaurant is a flavor explosion! Plus, Dominique at the front desk was a rockstar—so sweet to my kiddos! Also, the location made it easy to hit up Universal and other tasty spots nearby.

Not a fan of the queen-size beds feeling more like fulls, and the phone was kaput. Had to trek down for towels, and breakfast at TGI Fridays was a hard pass—totally not worth the coin!

All fine, but humidity issues

The location of the Holiday Inn was perfect—just a hop, skip, and a jump away from all the Universal attractions! The suite was spacious, featuring a cozy living area that made it feel like home, complete with a kitchenette where I could whip up some snacks to fuel my adventures.

I enjoyed my stay in the spacious Premium Junior King Suite. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. I appreciated the adjustable temperature control. The location is great, very close to the attractions. I will definitely come back! 👍
